How long do orders take to ship?
For items in stock, we typically ship orders Monday through Friday within 1-3 business days from our facility in New Jersey. Orders placed after 5PM EST may be processed the next day.

How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping (FedEx Ground Economy, fka FedEx SmartPost) shipments can vary in time depending on your shipping address. Expedited shipping via FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx Express will arrive more quickly. You can follow your order’s journey with a tracking number that will be provided when your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs can vary depending on the items ordered due to weight, size and location.

Do you ship international orders?
We can. Please contact us for a shipping quote. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

Items purchased at buybuy BABY and buybuyBABY.com, Bed Bath and Beyond and BedBathandBeyond.com, Albee Baby and AlbeeBaby.com, and ProjectNursery.com and any other store or entity you purchased items from must be returned as per the terms of those sales and cannot be returned or exchanged directly with hello-spud.com and Hello Spud retail stores.

To process a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at info@hello-spud.com to request a required return or exchange authorization to begin your return. Return and exchange requests submitted after 14 days of order delivery may not be approved.

If you received an order as a gift, please make sure you can provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We should be able to assist you by reviewing the order.

Original shipping costs that are paid on orders are not refundable.

For exchanges, please email us at info@hello-spud.com to receive a required exchange authorization to begin an exchange.

On all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and packaging of the item to be returned.

Items returned or exchanged must be received in their original packaging without any signs of use or damage. Returned items sent for return or exchange that have damage will be subjected to a restocking fee.

Sale items sold are typically a final sale. Items purchased on sale may not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

In the rare event that an item is received by a customer and deemed defective or damaged it may be returned for an exact exchange.
